MCP-CE 2014: 3 spannende Events auf der Konferenz

MCP-CE-2014-CfPDie von mir initiierte Konferenzreihe MCP-CE findet im kommenden Jahr zum 6. Mal statt: 6th International Conference on Mass Customization and Personalization in Central Europe (MCP – CE 2014): Managing Co-Creation and Personalization in Central Europe. Diesmal haben wir uns etwas besonderes einfallen lassen. An den Konferenztagen bieten wir Ihnen gleich 3 interssante Events an:

  • 6th International Conference on Mass Customization and Personalization in Central Europe (MCP – CE 2014)
  • 16th Configuration Workshop (CWS-2014): Konfiguratoren sind elementatrer Bestandteil von Mass Customization. Hier stellen wir Ihnen die wichtigsten Faktoren für den erfolgreichen Einsatz in Ihrer Organisation vor.
  • 1st Doctoral Student Workshop (DSW-2014): Doktoranden werden nicht immer intensiv von Ihren Professoren betreut. Viele Teilnehmer der letzten Konferenzen haben daher nach einer methodisch-fachlichen Unterstützung bei Ihrer Arbeit gefragt. Professor Cipriano (unterstützt von Prof. Anisic) hat schon bei den vorherigen Konferenzen im Anschluss an die Präsentationen entsprechende Hinweise gegeben. Nun wollen wir diesen Punkt im ersten Workshop für Doktoranden formal anbieten. Das Interesse ist schon direkt nach Bekanntgabe groß…

MCPC 2014: World Conference on Mass Customization, Personalization, and Co-Creation

mcpc2014Turnusmäßig gab es die Weltkonferenz zu Mass Customization, Personalization and Co-Creation seit 2001 alle 2 Jahre. Da ich an allen Weltkonferenzen teilgenommen, und von 2003 an auch verschiedene Paper beigetragen habe (Veröffentlichungen), war ich auf die Weltkonferenz 2013 gespannt. Zunächst sollte diese wieder am MIT in Boston stattfinden, doch „im letzten Moment“ wurde diese Ankündigung wieder zurückgenommen. Es entstand zunächst ein Vakuum, das nun unsere Freunde aus Aalborg ausfüllen. Es ist schön zu sehen, dass die Weltkonferenz weiter stattfindet – allerdings nicht wie gewohnt im letzten Quartal 2013, sondern vom 04.-07. Februar 2014:

The Mass Customization Research Group at Aalborg University is proud to announce that the MCPC 2014 conference will be held in Aalborg in Denmark February 4 – 7, 2014. The conference web site has further details: www.mcpc2014.aau.dk MCPC 2014 invites you to contribute to make this event unique. Besides the academic sessions, we call for more business oriented sessions too with demonstrations of successful business applications, practices, and insights. Since its beginning, there has been a good balance between practitioners and academics/researchers. We strive to connect MCPC thought leaders, entrepreneurs, technology developers, and researchers. We invite you to submit your ideas and encourage you to participate.  We need your proposal for a special session soon. The official deadline for paper submission is September 15, but this will be extended a couple of weeks.

First Announcement of the MCP-CE 2014, 23 – 26 September 2014

On behalf of the organizing committee we are pleased to announce the 6th International Conference on Mass Customization and Personalization in Central Europe (MCP – CE 2014) when we proudly celebrate the 10th anniversary of our activities. Organized for the sixth time, the biannual MCP-CE conference emphasizes the role and importance of Customer Co-Creation that offers customers a chance to express their differences, and also an opportunity for innovations and new business models such as Mass Customization and Open Innovation platforms, for sharing designs and developments and benefits from the experiences of others.

We cordially invite you to participate and share your research ideas, efforts and results with other scientists, entrepreneurs and corporate managers, who are interested in exploring the possibilities of creating customized and personalized products. The aim is also to make the most of the huge potential of customers who are eager to co-create and innovate together with companies.

Join us in Novi Sad in 2014, share your ideas and become a part of our growing community.
