Customization Experts: Mass Customization aims at designing, producing and delivering taylored products and services at cost and efficiency close to Mass Production. To do do, Mass Customizers might have to apply such techniques like product mudularization, postponement, product configuration etc. However, techniques without people are not effective. What kind of people is needed to mass customize? What kind of competences should they have? Do we need, open-minded, customer-oriented, flexible people, or is it not necessary to do so? Do individual attitudes of competencies differ for different professional role? The project is answering these questions.
